Creating a New Blog and the Criteria for Having a New Blog Set Up

This article will explain how to get started setting up a blog and what criteria is necessary to do so

To start the process of setting up a new blog for your school, college or department contact your web coordinator. They will review the request and determine whether or not your area meets the proper criteria for having a blog.

Chapman University’s blog environment is used as a tool for telling stories, making announcement updates about members of Chapman’s community and keeping people aware of what’s happening around the university. In order to have your own blog you must demonstrate the following needs:

  • Have interesting stories to share that extend beyond your own department
  • Maintain a frequency of a minimum of three posts per month
