Email Reminders

As a courtesy to event planners using the calendar, we have developed reminder emails that will help with creating more effective and marketable event listings.

This email will be sent twice: once when the event is approved and then again two weeks prior to the event date. In these emails you will see a status bar of items that should be updated to reach an optimal informative and marketable level. This includes:

  • Audience
  • Contact Info
  • Cover Photo
  • Event Description
  • Location
  • Registration

There will also be a link to your actual event an  instruction on marking it as unlisted if you wish for it to not be on the calendar.
