Event Registration (we recommend registering your event at least 2 months prior)

  • For on-campus events, space bookings can be secured through the Event Scheduling Office
  • Complete the Event Build Request Form to setup ticketing for your event (contact Ticketing Services with any questions)
    • If Ticketing Services is unable to provide registration for your event, we can provide an option through Formstack, which is our campus-wide form system to gather information
  • If you would like to share a post-event survey, please use Qualtrics. This campus-wide survey tool provides great reporting options for you to interpret responses and feedback.
  • Create or update an event listing on – is the official calendar of Chapman University. Internal location listing is fed from 25live (event scheduling software) directly, or for external locations, added to the calendar directly.  You can use this events.chapman listing to share your event with internal and external audiences.

Event Promotion (we recommend starting to promote your event 3-4 weeks prior)

  • Create a Cascade webpage (for recurring events)
