Training and Support

Strategic Marketing and Communications oversee a variety of marketing tools and processes. Below are pathways to train and receive support on these various resources.

Cascade CMS (main website)

As we transition from Cascade to a new CMS platform (Modern Campus) in January 2025, we are restricting new user access to Cascade to essential cases only. If you are requesting access, please describe the specific reason for your need, considering the ongoing transition. Additionally, we kindly request that existing users minimize changes within the current system during this period.

Chapman University is transitioning to a new digital signage platform, Carousel. Here are some things to know:

  • Training will be required to access and use Carousel regardless of what user access may have been granted in signage.chapman.
    • ALL users must go through Carousel training, this includes students, student workers, staff, and faculty.
  • You may still request training for our existing system, but signage.chapman training is no longer being updated and the platform’s support has ceased during transition.
